Alberta Badlands

This image was taken back in late May, as we were driving up to the Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller Alberta on our way north to my grandparents home in Lloydminster.

It was my grandfather's 80th birthday and a bunch of my family got together to celebrate it; it was a very lovely and fun long weekend!

Here you can see some of the amazing and unique terrain around Drumheller, known as The Badlands; these beautiful, layered rock formations were carved over millennia by the movements of giant glaciers.

Have an excellent Tuesday and an awesome rest of your upcoming week, my friends!
