Feeding The Penguins
The very first exhibit we saw at the amazing Calgary Zoo last Saturday were the penguins, and, as usual, they did not fail to disappoint!
They have about 7 or 8 different species of these incredibly cute arctic birds, and we happened to get there right at feeding time!
I thought that the flash from the Zoo photographer's camera lent the scene a magical / unique glow...hope you guys like it!
Enjoy your weekend, my friends!
Oh, and I just learned that a group of penguins is called a rookery, and that some rookeries can have more than a million penguins!
