Sutter's Mill Meteorite Fusion Crust Detail

This is a small fragment of meteorite that fell on April 22 2012, near Coloma CA . The fall produced a bright daylight-visible fireball, and loud booms, and scattered fragments all over the area. This is a carbonaceous chondrite. I can't believe I own a piece of something this recent, but it was a bit pricey.
