Two small cabochons

Note added on 17 May 2017: A reanalysis of the properties of the green cabochon on the left suggests that this is a chatoyant chrysoberyl (Be Al2 O4) rather than a topaz as originally stated. The fluorescence spectrum (red line) arises from Cr3+ and possibly V2+ replacing Al.

I don't know the composition of the right hand stone but the two-banded fluorescence spectrum (green line) exhibits weak narrow emission lines at 600 and 645nm: probably Sm3+ (lanthanide) emission.
