'Seascape with Fish'

The whimsical tropical underwater scene is created in this captivating image. The transparency of the shapes gives the sense that you are looking into the depths of an ocean landscape. The turquoise waters bubble up and colorful schools of fish swim by. In fact. it's a scanning electron micrograph of 'oval' shaped carbon particles prepared from edible 'olive' oil in a dry autoclave. These exceptional particles are functional as an anode for lithium ion batteries.
