Charged and Neutral Attract
A charged object attracts a neutral object as witnessed by this sequence of shots. A plastic golf tube holder is charged by rubbing it with synthetic animal fur. The charged tube is then brought near a collection of neutral paper bits at rest on the table. The charged tube and neutral bits of paper attract each other. The attraction lifts the paper bits off the table.
