Dad in 1957--photographer unknown

From a picture book that takes you on an informative picture tour of the Gulf Research Center in Harmarville PA.

I love this shot because it really captures the mental image you would have of a chemist at work. And Dad's laboratory looked like this too. He didn't really hold up the flasks and gaze into them like a wizard, but the place was magical to me.
