Fritillaria meleagris 1058

Photographers may be interested in the tech - I recently got an adaptor that allows me to use vintage Pentax screwmount lenses on my Nikons (bayonet mount). This is a Takumar 50 mm f/1.4 on the D700.

The image quality is very nice - smooth tones and (in landscapes) the bokeh is great. The downside is that "infinity" doesn't work because of the depth of the D700 body. And of course it's all manual.
